Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure Management: Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-based solutions.
  • Active Directory: Oversee directory services, manage users/groups, and implement Group Policies.
  • Office 365: Administer Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office 365 applications.
  • Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Firewall & Security: Maintain firewall configurations, ensure network security, and implement cybersecurity best practices.
  • Server Management: Manage Windows servers, handle updates, backups, and ensure high availability.
  • Server: Backup Ensure server stability and implement robust backup and security measures.
  • Support: Provide technical support to users and maintain IT documentation

Technical Expertise:

  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft cloud solutions, Networks and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with PC, notebook, and server hardware/software configuration.
  • Familiarity with Networks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A desire to expand your technical knowledge and grow in the IT field.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall setup and management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.


Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) or a degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
Previous experienceIT support is a plus but not required.
