Business Revolution is a full-service IT solution provider for over 17 years located in Nicosia. We place our focus on leveraging our infrastructure and footprint to support a broad spectrum of organizations with rapid deployment and emerging technologies.

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team and give support and services to our clients according to the terms and conditions of the business.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support / helpdesk of the end users our clients (remote and on-site)
  • Maintenance and updating of software and hardware
  • Develop and maintain local networks and infrastructure environments
  • Solving technical problems
  • Proactive services, Maintaining records/logs of repairs and fixes
  • Day to day IT tasks
  • Support on Microsoft’s basic solutions.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Deliver and Install hardware equipment

Candidate will have the training required to perform the above duties

To be considered you must have:

  • Graduate of Computer Science or related field.
  • PC Technical Skills – both hardware and software
  • Network Skills
  • Knowledge and use of Win10 operating systems and PC applications (Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in Helpdesk environment, support for PC network end users, Server will be considered as plus.
  • Having CCNA, MCSA, Office 365, Azure, will be considered as advantage.
